Completed in 1875, this beautiful church was designed by the renowned Victorian architect J.P.Seddon and is located in the heart of this christian community.
The Old Chapel is a late 13th Century chapel that is still in use to this day by the parishioners throughout the summer months and on special occasions. It is full of atmosphere and history and is lit solely by candle-light during evening services.

During most of the year our church services are held at St Mary's in the village, however, in the summer months we move to The Old Chapel. Everyone is welcome to come along.
Thank you to John Mooney for these wonderful pictures
